PLEASE NOTE - FACE PAINTS AND ALL TYPES OF CONFETTI (GLITTER AND PARTY POPPERS INCLUDED) ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON OR NEAR OUR EQUIPMENT. IT CAUSES PERMANENT STAINING AND CUSTOMERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS.

We cannot hire outside if it is forecast rain or particularly strong winds.
The legal maximum wind speed for hiring a bouncy castle outside is 24 mph.
The only surface we will hire on outdoors is flat grass. No other surface is suitable.

We require a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings.
